Terms of Service

By accessing or using Natha LTD's services or applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services from Natha LTD. Valid photo ID is required.
• Booking & Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. This deposit goes towards the final cost of your tattoo.
• Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeit.
• Health & Safety: You must disclose any medical conditions or medications prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it unsafe.

App Data Deletion Policy

If you use our mobile or web applications and wish to have your account and associated data permanently deleted from our servers, you may request so at any time.

How to request data deletion:

1. Send an email to hello@natha.site from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
3. In the body of the email, state your request to delete your account and all associated personal data.

Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion within 14 business days. Please note that certain data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business records (e.g., transaction history).
